Safety Rules

• No smoking in whole flight simulator area.
• No food or drink allowed inside the simulator area.
• Inside the flight simulator, you must follow all instructor instructions and safety rules at all times.
• Not following instructor instructions may result in immediate session termination with no refund.

Mandatory Arrival Time

• Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Arriving early will allow time for a 5-10 minute briefing, which will cover the session overview, selection of your preferred airport, and important safety instructions, depending on your selected package.
• Late arrivals will reduce your actual session time and may also affect the timing of the next session.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• A new appointment will be scheduled based on availability (same day or another available date).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Refund Policy

• A full refund for your deposit will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session.
• In case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund for your deposit will be provided.

Payment policy

• Kindly note that a 50% deposit from the total amount is required to secure and confirm your reservation.
